Have you ever checked out the Craigslist personals to see if someone else as kinky as your self was looking for some thing or someone to do? I admit that I on occasion have done a search for BDSM or Kinky and even domme or dominate. Pretty slim in my area your mileage may vary.

There are some things you can be sure of on CL. Most of the time if you answer an add you will be giving your email address to a spam bot. ( I have a spam catcher address I use one that I do not care about). Second if you do find a real person (female) the will be a hooker or a guy pretending to be a woman.

I have found a few real people over the years. And even though I have had numerous email exchanges I have never met one in person. Oh I did meet one, however she did not mention that she was a prostitute until we had a cup of coffee. There was one other that resulted in my finding a real life domme, we corresponded for a couple of weeks but decided that we were not compatible. She latter attended a CBT class I was modeling for, so I know she is for real.

I am currently having a conversation with a "couple" who want to play. This has been going on for a couple of days. I am pretty sure the couple consists of one horny guy who wants me to fuck him. Oh well we shall see.

So anyone else have any CL success stories or horror stories?

I met my service sub on CL a few years ago. Thank goodness! He continues to be a blessing I highly appreciate. Also, my Domme friend (who is both lifestyle and pro) met her submissive husband on CL in the casual encounters section. She wasn't looking for something casual but happened to be in a mood to beat, and he wanted corporal. They've been happily married for a year and a half now.

I was looking for friends all over the place when I was in Korea a few years ago (meet up, my space, the clubs, and yes even on CL).

I put in an ad (friends only) for r/l and got a note asking if I needed help with pronouncing the /l/ and /r/ sounds. (Made me laugh). And then the disturbing one - I got an email from a guy in the USA who said all manner of disgusting things to me, and told me what he would do and added that he would expect me to do things that violate TOS, the law of the land, and my morals. I reported him to the US authorities.

I met a Dom that I contacted after seeing his rather intriguing ad on CL. In the end, it turned out he had lied to me about his age, marital status, etc., etc. In short, he turned out to be a loser. Just like the vanilla guys I met on CL, and any secretary I have ever hired off an ad in CL. I can only conclude that CL is fine if i am looking for firewood or a used car, but in terms of meeting people - no.

NE doesn't seem to have a supply of snazzy CL Doms. =p
frankly, NE doesn't seem to have much of anything for a single, not-particularly-poly sub female.

I found all my jobs in FL via craiglist. I also have found masseurs/masseuses into exchanging massage for yoga. One turned out to be a Dom ;)

I've never attempted to hookup via craigslist. I want someone willing to invest at least the minimum effort of maintaining a profile.
