Hello!

So, I'm interested in getting a hold of some toys not available at my local porn shop (still somewhat new to this, if you couldn't tell, lol). I've seen a lot of online vendors available: extreme restraints, stockroom.com, CM's toy shoppe. While I can visit each site to compare prices and look for variety, I've had a hell of a time finding reliable online reviews concerned with issues such as customer service and quality control.

So, for those of you with more experience, what online vendors would you recommend and why? What is their customer service like? Is the shipping speedy? The packages truly discreet? If you received a faulty product, did the customer service department respond fairly and quickly, or were they a pain in the ass? Are their products generally of high quality? I would really appreciate the input!

I've used DetailsToys.com for floggers with good results.  A computer glitch meant that my original order was never received.  When I contacted their customer service department, I got a quick response from one of the owners.  Communication was great and I got my floggers quickly once the order went through.  The quality is excellent.  The Egyptian flogger I bought from them is one of my favorite toys and the rubber flogger is even more evil than advertised.  [:D]  I will definitely order from them again.

Achella - They were bought out a few years back.  The new company is good, but Torvea never really did quite come up to the same kind of quality.

JT's Stockroom - They are more of a distributor, but you'll find many good selections.

MrS/MsS Leather - If you've been to the store in San Fransisco, you would absolutely have faith in ordering from them online.

MsMartha's Corset Shoppe - Probably not the 'gear' you intended, but I have been very happy with every piece that I've ever purchased from her.

I've also been a customer of Panther Prowls.

I use www.zoofur.com  Zeta Paws for odd toys for my pets.  They ship fast and make great odd toys.

i have used zoofur.com also for a toy for myself. they do have some more unusual toys. i think they took a while to get it to me though.
