Is disrobing part of your normal routine when playing at BDSM a party? (Multiple Selection Allowed) When I moved to Florida in 1997 I noticed a shift in the social conduct at BDSM parties. At house parties and dungeon parties, the male Doms were never naked and even the Dommes usually remained partially clothed. Dommes would pull her drawers off to pee on a sub or queen them but the corsets usually stayed on. Yet the vast majority of the male & female submissives were naked as jaybirds with all manner of apparatus hooked to their gentiles. In Detroit, Chicago & NYC where I played in the 70s, 80s and 90s, seeing a naked Dominant take their pleasure from a submissive wasn’t uncommon. However, those major cities have such a large BDSM culture with thousands upon thousands of people, it is subdivided into many cliques . . . it could have just been my cliques didn't like clothing. I started this poll out of curiosity to try learn if it was regional or the evolution of BDSM social conduct. If the the world is a stage, you'll find me on it . . . naked and well spent with an equally satisfied submissive in my arms.

It depends on the party. If everyone is disrobing, I do so gladly. I am a nudist at heart. I will not disrobe to be a spectacle. I like exhibitionism. to a certain extent, but for me context is everything. So I will disrobe if that is what everyone else is doing as a matter of choice. I will not disrobe to be made a spectacle. Nudity to me is natural and normal, not something you make a big deal about.When I was 25 and had one of the most beautiful bodies in the world, my answer would not be the same. I am 57, my body is just not that great.

Apart from the exhibitionist in me screaming to get out, I prefer to cover up my bits..however I have gone nekie as a transition from being the flogeee to being the flogger, I just didnt feel like getting dressed:) also when I was waxed, but everyone else was pretty nekie too, One of the reason I loved BR dungeons. Most of the events in TO are nips n genitals covered. Private well you go, prepared to go as nekie as you please

I don't have a problem casually disrobing at a public event if I'm changing clothes, using the hot tub (why bother with a suit), etc. I usually put something on while walking around, sitting on the furniture, etc. I won't vote in the poll because I am not a "domme". Female dominant works fine as a descriptor, or femdom as shorthand, but I hate faux French, artificially femmed-up titles and won't use them.

The question, as I'm reading it, would be for any party that is BDSM themed and not necessarily just those being held at public BDSM dungeons. (I'm a little floaty, Myself, atm, so I could be wrong.) While you won't see Me disrobe at public gatherings, there has been a time or two that I have for private ones. I'm considering occasions such as luaus, pool parties, etc. Not every BDSM event is at a dungeon.

I don t take my clothes off at BDSM events. And I'm a Detroiter! Just my own preference, though, I'm just not into playing naked in public. Nakies for the hot tub, no problem--I don't have an issue being seen naked.

It. Will. Never. Happen. [:D] Maybe I had too many nightmares as a young adult about showing up for work and then discovering that I was nekkid. Or maybe it was that time I overslept, and woke up nekkid under a sheet on a beach when all the families came out...mad scrambling under the sheet, all red faced, trying to find and put on my clothing...I think that day scarred me for life. The entire world could go naked and I would still walk around fully clothed. Even if I still had the body I had at 20. [:D]

I have no problem being naked around select people but I am not into providing thrills or, as a 49 yo woman, a subject of "OMG....can you belieeeeeeeeeeeve" discussion for putzes, or whank material for guys that cannot get it any other way. (makes a mental note: must get hot tub) Nope don't disrobe at public play parties when I top. Mostly because its a pain in the ass to get things like corsets, stockings, boots, etc. off. I have spent many a night naked in the hot tub at play parties. Them was good times.

No, I don't take my clothes off at bdsm parties. I don't get any kick out of being naked in public so I don't do it. My sub needs no excuse to run around naked so I like to think he does my share for me.
