I am new to this and i am interested in having my chest flogged, but i cannot find anything about that online. are there are possibly serious injuries that could go along with this, or is this out of the norm, and i wont find many experienced femdoms that would be willing to do it?

It's all about aim. The dangers are striking the neck and face. If that's really an issue, towels are a great idea. But, a dominant who'd been playing long enough with the toys he/she owns, should be able to control their floggers well enough to do this. I'd recommend a side stroke (where you stand to one side and do a horizontal stroke, like you would for a cane) rather than a center stroke (hitting what's directly in fron of you using a vertical stroke such as the usual flogging).

Ditto what she said. Plus I do Florentine a lot, so figure 8's up or down can be done just fine as long as the person knows what they are doing. Front-side flogging is a lot less common than back-side flogging is, but it's certainly out there.

thanks for the info guys, i have a friend that does the figure 8 very well, so i think her style would be easily adapted for the chest

I'm female and I like the front of me flogged...well...and single-tailed. But, it's soooo hard for me to handle whips near my face. I do so much better with a good leather hood...

If you're lucky, bw, your friend will go lower, too!

I've heard that it is possible that chest flogging can increase one's risk of breast cancer (as can many many things *rolls eyes*) as it is possible to cause deep tissue damage (again, possible to cause this in other areas as well).

As someone who throughly enjoys it, I havn't had any problems with it, and on me, the bruises last for a week or so.

I will give both sides to this topic....hee hee.

In my previous days of good health, as Master Ken's slave (I am now His Free Companion) I enjoyed having My chest and breasts flogged, some might even have said in the day I was quite the big tit slut. Now I know this perspective is from a female point of view but the horizontal, side and fiqure 8's all work just be carefull of the underside of the breast of a woman you can cause damage(especially if she is still of child bearing years) and of course directly above the heart area.

In my previous days of being quite the sadistic BDSM Top, I enjoyed playing with boys and girls and was not afraid to flogg the chest or back for that matter. With girls you have to watch the underside of the breast, heart and neck area. With boys you have to watch the heart and neck area.

If in doubt, practice, practice, practice......do what feels good or bad what ever your preference may be, but at the same time keep it SSC or at least RACK.

Purrs at the mere thought of a chest flogging. I agree with what the others said, from the side or figure 8s. Yes the face is an issue...A nice leather hood makes a great christmas present. As for the marks...it depends on the flogger used, some floggers leave these beautiful tiny speckley bruises on me, most do not, and Master sometimes flogs me so hard it feels like Ive been punched.

Dear beenwhipped, Ladies and Gentlemen;

I have given many demonstrations on flogging, to include Florentine and frontal flogging.

I highly recommend, that no flogger strokes hit downwards on breasts and or male cocks and balls. These genital tissues are not able to stand up to being torn in a down stroke where they hang natural. So, opposite of the natural hanging of breasts is recommended, especially with heavy whips like a flogger; as all these are impacts.

I agree, that a dominant should first practice accurately and be able to show you their strokes before they ever touch a person. I also recommend that goggles be on the person being whipped frontal and or wear glasses to deflect stray and accidental tail hits. If you're new, at the skill borrow a motorcycle helmet with a visor for the person you're to whip. Then wrap a towel around the neck, clipping to the rear as not to entangle the flogger's, single tail's cracker/tails.

I also prefer using a "V" stroke. the stroke angles out like a "V" to which is away from the face, upwards as if to scoop up leaves and release like confetti. From front hand clasped then "V" stroke and widen the top a bit more as to make the nipples the point of reference.
You can do slow motion with two matching canes the motion to do a "V" as to 'train in' the stroke and the needed angles. And, I may add, follow through, and bring the floggers back to the shoulder. If a Top stops at the breasts, the tails loose energy and start splaying and endanger the slave's head as it falls apart.

Another commented on using a stroke that lays the flogger horizontal on the nipples. Wonderful stroke and very forgiving. Like a 'clap' of the hand you can have two floggers in play, hitting the front and back at the same time but, perfect the chest flogging first.

I have also used other things like floggers. I have used rabbit pelts, silk, burlap as well as to flog the breasts. In addition, the added clothespins, clamps without the chain to be entangled with the tails of floggers; can be most entertaining. Clothespins that are on, then add clothespins to the handle of the clothespins adds to the weight and discomfort. Using rat and mice traps as clamps are great but, unless you remove the trip clip, the flogger tails and or single tail crackers get entangled.

Frontal flogging for me also is the flogging of the pubic area and the thighs and genitals. I use very soft strokes on the genitals, hitting upwards and I use the "V" stroke to hit the inner thighs; as the slave stands with their legs spread apart. I will say, I will not have a cock and balls in bondage while flogging heavy. Light is all I do when they are bound or in clamps.

Men chests are ok to hit down strokes unless; the men have fleshy breasts themselves. Then you'll want to use the same strokes applied to women's breasts.

Fascinating. Although I have to admit, I might have to see those strokes in life to picture what they are like. I think I might know what you are talking about. It would be nice to attend a demo somewhere close to where I live. Thank you for the information. One question though, you seem to be describing flogging while the submissive or masochist is standing. Is this also true of laying down?

Dear Slipstreme, Ladies and Gentlemen;

I have flogged as people laid down on their belly, their back, to which the same principles would apply but, the breasts would spread out more like an egg and are prone to shifting much more on the chest wall. So, I would advise not flogging hard as it would be too drastic of a shift and or violent. I would also just put no more than a finger's width on the tip of the nipple. In this position, standing over the slave's body, it is not as difficult as swinging a flogger forward and about. One can also go to the side and horizontal stroke the back and buttocks. And, can stroke with two floggers same time as if slapping hands on a table at the same time.

One can have the slave on the floor, stand straddle and or off side and shift side to side as to center. I find if you have the slave's arms raised up as touching the sky, it will put their shoulder blades in a different position as it would be in a straight out from their shoulders.

One can have them kneel, then part their thighs, and then lean over as to rest their hands and shoulders into a pillow and flog the buttocks and genitals as well as inner thighs and back (Whip position).

I have flogged with them kneeling, I sit and flog, as I show this technique to those who are disabled or having problems standing a long time.

I have flogged inverted (hanging upside down), which is also fun.

I have flogged individuals laying down, then have them raise their legs and clutch themselves behind the knee and flogged thighs and their bottom. This can be on a table, bed's edge or on the floor. Works for caning also.

For those who can't stand, I use bar stool for the slave to sit on, supported by a table or the bondage frame, having their bottom scoot back to the edge and overhang. It provides the same sweet spot target as if standing. It just adds to the pleasure, as not to fight the pain in their legs when standing.

The positions I prefer in using, I like the arms drawn back as to fold the shoulderblades down, it then drops the spine down and not round the back, which exposes the spine to impact more than necessary. If a slave drops their shoulderblades down, it aids in the comfort of flogging with cat o nines and caning the back, as the meat is there to take the impact and not the spine.

Dear Slipstreme, Ladies and Gentlemen;

I think I better add, that natural breasts and breast enhancement implants should be treated a bit different. Natural will be able to hand a lot more impact and radiates the energy. Implants are not intended for impact of a heavy nature. Thus, it would be wise to make sure the lady/gentleman who have breast implants check with their doctor as to impact risks for their particular implant.

In addition, the "V" stroke I am fond of using is rather easy; as if you take rope/string and or a straight stick and use the navel as a "bottom" point of the "V" and or the most smallest part of the pie; then move the string with your hands at the top of your shoulders and see where the string from the navel, touches the tip of the nipple and up towards the ceiling. That would be the best angle. Each woman's breasts and how it hangs are different and the adjustment of the branches of the "V" needs to alter as to accomidate where it hangs, such as high, mid chest, low hung, etc.

Best position I ever found for this was securing the hands over the head, which puts a lot fo tension into the muscles. Helps keep things from shifting. Using a clock for reference, I'd go from 10-4 and 2-8, kind of an X pattern. Completely avoids the face unless you simply get stupid and go too high with the pattern, and after a few practice swings, wrap around is almost impossible if you have the fall of the strands worked out in terms of your position. It's also ver easy to adjust the power of your swings, since you are using most of your upper body for each swing.

Granted, I usually do this with some of the freakier, off kilter music I own playing as well, like the Halloween soundtrack and the other person blindfolded, so they can't brace themselves for the impact. Halloween 2 has the best of the soundtracks, since the Michael theme has a few remakes with some interesting add-in sounds at random intervals. Although doing it to Mickey, by Toni Basil, was truly twisted of me.
