As one who loves to be on the receiving end of this, I have a few observations....

What you look like seems to be individual to the Domme.    If a Domme enjoys control over a buff guy, she's going to enjoy busting his balls.   If she's one who likes to control smaller guys and submit to big men, she's going to want you to be smaller.   It's not about the ball busting, it's all about what kind of man she enjoys taking control over.   The ball busting is just an aspect of her control and her pleasure from taking control.

This subject actually scares the crap out of me.

First of all I really do not see how some guys like this. For me a kick to the nuts is a completel system reset. Total blackout. Goodnight, shows over. And usually accompanied by vomiting.
All in all not a pleasant experience, and especially not one I would like to indulge in on a regular basis.

What scares me the most is that, while testicles are rather uh resilient(?), they can be damaged. Sometimes beyond repair, not to mention the damage you are doing to your sperm. I grew up riding horses and I am worried about that, but getting the nuts crushed, kicked and or hammered constantly has to be much worse.

The health reasons alone would keep me from doing this even if it did feel good. For this same reason I don't partake in a lot of other fetishes.
