Not a bumper sticker, but I consider it a step in the right direction...

How about :

NONE OF THE ABOVE

Remember Brewster's Millions ? Wouldn't it be great if we could just vote for none of the above and have them keep parading out people until we find one with a brain that is loyal to us ?

NONE OF THE ABOVE - EMPTY OUT CONGRESS, THEY ARE USELESS ANYWAY

I generally stay out of political discussions. Not my forte. But I have to say, I've held that same view for a long time. We should be able to reject the slate of candidates that a party puts up for us to choose among, and force them to produce people we can support, instead of having to vote for some damn fool whose only claim to fame is that he's marginally less of a shithead than all the others.

An excellent idea.

And since the previous people remain in power until they do...incentive.

Downside...extra elections are expensive. But maybe worth it.

Nevada used to have  nne of the above as part of the ballot at least until he nearly became senator in the mid 80's
