Status: offline 		No but they should. Cats are just as likely to carry rabies as any other carniverous or omniverous mammal.

Status: offline 		To be fair, raccoons have the highest rate of rabies of all animals I know.
But yes, cats should be vaccinated and should not be allowed to run around free. Tags would allow animal control officers to fine offenders.

Status: offline 		Most states hunky, they won't issue a license without immunization. It's simultaneous at the vet office.

my kids have their shots, but no tags... that cost extra in FL.  I dunno about GA.  but since they are strictlty indoor kids, I havent done any checking...

Status: offline 		No, Kansas does not require a license. However, Lawrence has a leash law, so no kitties outside without a leash. Mine are indoor cats so it is not an issue.
