I had to choose the "non addressed opinion" selection, also.
I, like Raven, expect the girls that claim to be Gorean to call Me Master/Master TC/Master T.R., since those are the rules they choose to abide by... however, I detest being called "Sir"... not because of the online myth that Sir means "cheese" in the Gorean language... it doesn't, so far as I've ever read. I just hate being called Sir because I'm just not that old.... thats something My Dad gets called. I realize some girls do it out of habit/respect/their Owners wishes, etc etc... and thats fine... I don't bite the heads of the girls that call Me Sir... but if they -know- Me... then they usually know Me well enough to just call Me by My given name.. or Master or Master TR out of respect (whether they are Gorean slaves or not... its a personal choice to them)

I am none of the above. When I come in contact with a lady I like, I address her by her first name and treat her with respect and admiration. The honorifics are ridiculous in my opinion - End of story

Titles don't particularly bother me.... I much prefer a nice tone is used and by my name is fine.
