Ladies and gentlemen ... I think the real question here is how many headlines are we from seeing the the New York Post take journalism to the same magical (NOT) place Dick Cheyney took the US Senate's decorum to just a few years ago, and front page the F-bomb.

This couldn't be Brafman doing leaks to the papers under the covers to expedite a dismissal, could it?

Oh righty, I know tons of hookers who also work as maids. B/c once you hook, working your ass off as a maid is such an easy job.

The defense is discrediting the witness, and the media is joining in on the shark fest. Nothing like an unbiased trial by jury.

It was actually the Prosecution that started questioning whether she could be believed or not.

But in France, it's practically a credential... consider that next time you hear 'Europe' isn't happy with the way America has administered justice so far.

Considering she is from Guinea (a poor African country) it's possible she was a victim of human trafficking where it's perfectly reasonable for her to work as a hotel maid and be prostituted. Which just adds a whole different level of fucked up to this. She is an immigrant who claimed asylum who "falsely" said she was a victim of gang rape and genital mutilation.

I don't know if DSK raped her or not, but I do think it's hasty to make assumptions so quickly.

It is speculative, but it's also reasonably possible.

Even if she wasn't forced to leave her native land you don't know why she would end up as a prostitute. Like Chatte said it doesn't make sense to work as a call girl as a hotel maid. So maybe she's not a prostitute. But if she is, there has to be a reason.

OK. Perhaps she was also hired as an underground operative to facilitate smuggling weapons into Africa. But, when a promising deal went bad, she was sold out on this phony hooker charge.

However, unbeknown to us, a major military assault is in the planning stages to rescue her. It will be made to look like a terrorist bombing. She will then use her power base to assemble and become the first Prime Minister of the United States of Africa.

It is speculative, but it's also reasonably possible.
