Last night, I attended a munch and a local leather vendor showed up with some of his wares. I was impressed at the quality of materials and craftmanship. His website is http://www.bear-things.com/.

The prices on most of his terms is darn good. But the prices on his collars are ridiculously low for a custom piece of leatherwork.
