Now that I do understand. The Man went through a period of asking me every damned time why I was bitchy before we discovered that almost always it meant I was hungry. These days he thinks about feeding me.

And still I am thankfull for the warm welcoming of those oldies to a newbie... *bows*

In my perspective:

I joined up to become a lil' more aware, to learn and to 'meet' people... online and irl.
I am not on a goosehunt for love (might seem like it) but more of ppl to talk to, about my feelings and to have a bit of fun.

I had the shortest msgs as Hi and Hello, on wich I almost always react with Goodbye

I ain't nice I know.

No I'm not jaded, I have a lot of experiences out of a normal datingsite and from other boards I 'd participated on over the years. I keep an open mind to ppl as what they have to tell me.
Sadly enough, the majority of the participants are overseas for me.. So getting to know IRL is quite a challenge.

In fact CM brought me 2 reallife friends already... in this short period I'm on.

It's easy to become jaded with the random bullshit people write to you. It gets to the point where you wonder how it's possible that the next stupid message outdoes the previous.

The only success I've ever had on this site is when I actually saw someone I found interesting and went and viewed him. So I took myself out of the equasion of being chosen and being the one to look for someone I thought was cool.

But on the most part, it's difficult to have an optomistic outlook when its a continuous bombardment of people hitting you up, displaying their poor social skills just to tell you you have nothing in common anyways.

Cripes. I was jaded before I turned 13, much less hit CM.
