I love the look of police style leg irons on my slave. After just a couple minutes the tendons in her one ankle starts to hurt. Is this common and how long does it take before before the body adjusts to the irons?

Loosen that side a little, or maybe get her a little leather cuff/sleeve type thing she can wear. I have no idea if it's common or not, but my guess is its due to the iron rubbing or squeezing that ankle.

She isn't going to adapt to them. They can cause damage. Either get ones that are looser, or put something between them and her, or have her lying down so gravity doesn't cause the strain.
