My apologies if I'm posting in the wrong area...

I have been locked out of my account for three days and I have e-mailed support three times and no response. This last time I included my telephone number. I forgot my password and I clicked on the button to send this to me via e-mail multiple times and I receive nothing, not even to my spam folder.

Any suggestions? What is the turn time for support? Thanks!

Well, I still cannot get into my account. Write down your password, folks! If for some reason you forget it and need it re-sent there is a possibility you may not be able to retrieve it.

I have been locked out since 07/05/11. If anyone knows what I need to do (in writing, legal mail, etc.) I need to do to get my profile deleted, please let me know. I am done with messing with this.

For me they have always fixed a problem or gave advice on how to fix it within 8-36 hours...

I don't know why you would be so upset. Your profile is hidden to begin with?

You could have started a new profile. When support does get back to you, because you are so unhappy, please remind them that you want a full refund of your membership fee... maybe they will even double your money given your unhappiness quotient.
They are nice like that.[:)]
