I've found that male subs prefer the human ashtray aspect of objectification a lot more than female subs. That could however, be because I'm approached more by males than females in general.
You could try posting a pic of yourself smoking and actually put in your profile that you're looking for a girl who gets into it.
Also, a lot of submissives haven't really thought about the whole concept. For many, the mention of "human ashtray" puts thoughts in their head of being burnt and scarred, so they are quick to reject the idea. And some have limits against consumption.
I've found that if I explain the concept and the activities it involves (which can be different depending on the people doing it), subs are more receptive to the idea. And if they have a problem with consumption, I am willing to bend a bit. Like anything, building up slowly with a new activity is always a good idea.
Sometimes, just dashing ashes into someone's palms, while they kneel in silence, can be more appealing than actually making them consume or burning them.
And yeah... if you google "human ashtray" you can find a lot.
