That's really cool ... especially this part:

The mob coincided with a used instrument donation drive for http://www.re-sound.org Some of the instruments used in the video shipped to South Africa the next day.

that IS way awesome, Skipper!!

(one of the reasons it appealed to me was because,. way back when, my Grandfather loved the piccolo bits in the song... so I ATTEMPTED to learn to play piccolo.. didnt work out well, at all.. but piccolos always make me smile now, thinking of how much he loved that piece)

I did play the flute and piccolo in high school, and lemme tell you, that piccolo part is fucking HARD! lol Always gives me major goosebumps when I hear it, though.

wow flute piccolo myself... daughter playing flute now..... got to help her out and she got 1st chair, it was one of those cool moments, when you realize your daughter is alot like you.......

and yes one day in band camp, i was...........
