Why woukd people log onto this site day after day afterday, yet never read the messages sent to them?

You're a sub male. I assume you're referring to Dominant women. The first reason is because they get flooded with messages. The second is that I suspect that your messages are not distinguishable from the others they get. They can hover over your message and get a brief summary of its start. Also, I'd recommend revamping your profile. It basically says "Women are superior and I want to worship you." You'd have far better success if it said "I'm an active man doing the following activities and I'd love to share them with you." Women want relationships. That said, welcome to collarme.

I'd have to agree with DS. When I go myself to look over messages I hover over each to see if it's something I'm interested in and if not, then many times I don't even bother to open it. I may come back later to erase them. Welcome to CM. I like that in your profile you list a lot of general interests and not just kink. Good luck in your search.

If I get a message that is basically inane wittering I do the 'hover' thing and delete. Women on all sides of the kneel get crap from guys. If you want a response, make your message worthwhile.

In my profile, right at the bottom I wrote: Please note, my life is presently virtually drama free so all rude and/or insulting messages, messages of the "Hi there!" variety, or people I don't know making a friend or IM chat request will be ignored and deleted. I mean it and yes I do it. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Take a good look at the messages you are sending. They might give you a clue of why it's happening.

I can only speak from my personal experience, but if your messages are anything like those I get from so many sub men, then its quite probably because you are writing to people who are specifically not interested in a relationship of any sort with you. And there is also a good possibility that the content of your messages is also a contributing factor.

They're reading messages. They're just not reading YOUR messages. That out of the way, Figure out why and fix it.

People can design their filters so that anything that is not within their preferred demographics will automatically be diverted to their bulk mail filter and so they never see them.

The thing is that there are vastly more sub men then genuine dommes, could be more than 20:1! I would suggest reading each profile you send a PM to with a little care, and then send a message showing that you have done so which would mean addressing one or two of the points they are interested in regarding BDSM and/or other vanilla stuff. And some people will check out your profile before reading your mail, and if they don't like it, they won't respond.

I'm guessing that maybe there are also more male subs than doms but its a bit closer to 50-50.
