Arizona authorities are, however, quite positive, that the cat is an illegal Mexican immigrant. As no red blooded, true American cat would ever do such a thing.

kinda weird to say it was a cat when they didn't find the cat. maybe there were cat prints though? i dunno

a similar thing happened at my old college, but the culprit was a squirrel.

Maybe they actually saw the cat at some point...it just says they didn't locate the cat after the incident. Might have also been seen with security cameras at some point.

I don't know... I think it was very well planned and vindictive. The cat was probably saying, "Damnit! Put ME outside, will they? It's mid July in Arizona! If I can't have air conditioning, NOBODY can!"
