Look into fursuiters and fursuit makers. Most fursuit makers will also do separate ears. Im sure you can find some who will make pretty cool ears out of any material. Ears and a tail are quite common among members of the furry community. If you are looking for leather/latex/neoprene though you might want to try to stick to BDSM oriented craftsmen.
