Thank you everyone. It's interesting to see (hear) the different styles of music that move people.

I have to say, Little Wonder nailed me.

And...I loved "The type of love you never recover from."

Thank you.

You have mail [:)]

Hold On - Sarah McLachlan

For a few...first and last are the ones that evoke the most emotion for me.

I think the entire album: Fumbling Towards Ecstasy by Sarah Mclachlan is pretty amazing in dealing with love and evolving/changing relationships.

What I'm listening to have me going on is this song

Laura Pausini & Andrea Boccelli - dare to live

That was wonderful.  Love Boccelli, never heard much of her.  Will go find more.  Thanks for posting that.

I love that album. I really enjoy her music, but that one just a little bit more than the others. :)

Yeah, it definitely plucks at the heart strings, especially if you're in that certain frame of mind.

There's loads I could list, but one that stands out has to be Lovesong by The Cure. It's got some wonderful lyricsn and he wrote it as a wedding present for his wife, so even more touching. Enjoy. :)

Oh What a Night by the Dells.

I thought oh, what a night was by Frankie Valli and the four seasons?

FYI Laura is the female, Andrea (italians do name their sons also with (in our perception) feminine names) is the male.
He is also blind and tought himself how to sing by listening to it.
He writes his own songs, a bit like Stevie Wonder does.

Boccelli is a very popular artist in Europe, just like Eros Ramazotti is.

Well I'm glad to be of a bit help to make European songs a bit more known in the States.
