I have no idea what caused you to be so turned on by superheroinesl, but no I don't find it strange. Or at least not unusual - there's tons of porn sites dedicated to superheroines depicted in sexual ways, often being overcome and turned into sluts. Google "superheroines in peril" and "superheroine central" and you'll find more sites than you can shake a, um, stick at.
Why does this turn on guys? I'm sure there's lots of reasons. Part of it is simple visual realization of common fantasy. Guys read comics, they see Supergirl or Power Girl (whose super power is "Boobs bigger than her head" I think) and think "Wonder what she'd look like naked? And having sex?" A lot of those fantasies pop up when guys are teenagers and first becoming sexual, which probably makes them extra powerful. And since just picture after picture of some chick wearing (and then not wearing) a Supergirl/Wonder Woman costume would get a bit stale, it's only natural to make up some kind of storyline for the pics and videos. Superheroines are typically in peril anyway, so it's a pretty quick leap to the peril being related to them getting raped or molested instead of punched in the face or melted by a laser. I'm sure there's also some elements of "Powerful woman gets humiliated and degraded" in there as well, along with "What strong women really want is to be turned into a slut". It's a whole big ball of male psycho-sexual triggers.
Now you seem kind of fixated on Supergirl specifically, more so than most guys I know of. Nothing wrong with that, but it does kind of narrow your options when it comes to stuff that'll appeal to your fantasy. As for engaging in it with an actual woman, I'd say asking a girlfriend/wife to dress up as Supergirl for some role playing isn't such a huge deal. Now you could make it really weird if you were constantly asking her to do it, or if she had to recite hundreds of lines of carefully scripted dialogue, but if you're with someone who's willing to cater to your fantasies it doesn't seem like an unreasonable request. I mean honestly, who among us hasn't asked their girl to dress up like Slave Leia, or put on black lipstick and too much eyeliner like Sandman's Death? No? Just me? Okay then.
