I don't like the word worship being applied to activities associated with serving me, any more than I like being called a goddess, or, worse, a Goddess. It is not just inappropriate, but, it fills me with disgust and taints the entire relationship between me and whatever filthy beggar insists on speaking of me, so; because, obviously, they understand nothing about me, very little about women, less about nature in general, and, probably have some kind of mental imbalance that makes them see miracles being performed where no miraculous events are actually occurring.
But, I tell you what: at whatever point you see me raising the dead to life, or, even causing the corn to sprout from the ground, spontaneously, then, you feel free to worship me and see where it gets you. (I say to s-types, at large, as I make plans to stay away from corn fields and graveyards.)
Now, you know half the answer to your question. However, your question was asked wrong, I am fairly certain, as, regardless of what erroneous beliefs someone might have regarding my abilities, no one believes my feet can perform miracles on their own, or, that they are anywhere close to that sort of perfection best seen in deities. They are feet that have done a lot of walking, running, wearing heels, kicking, dancing, sometimes barefoot on ice. Very earthy things, are they, and, unfit, outsized, to wear designer shoes. They are not made for worship, then, but, should be both pitied and respected.
I am supposing, then, what you really mean - since you said "all dominant ladies', so, obviously had me in mind, too, when the question was asked - is would I like a submissive or slave to kiss, lick, massage, give pedicures too, and/or sexually molest my feet. And, the answer to that is probably, maybe, yes, yes, and, upon pain of death no, respectively. Of course, that depends on the submissive or slave, and, I, without your all seeing eye, have no way of somehow reaching out to every single s-type on this site, with one mighty bit of typing, that will gather them all together, at my beck and call, to read my reply with clarity brought about through perfection.
Seriously, if I did own someone, I might allow them to do pedicures and foot massages. If I was married to them, I might allow the other stuff. I have sensitive feet, and, it can be very relaxing to have them massaged or tickled. It is, also, however, a very intimate experience, for the same reason, and, I would not let just anyone touch them.
Which answers the other part of your question, if you were paying attention. xx
