For me, it is the S + M that makes it sooooo hawt! Sure, I can have orgasms just fine without pain, but (again, for me) it is the difference between a Sno-ball and a home made red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for dessert.

Unfortunately, I can't say that I have much advice for you. I've been in the same boat pretty much since I entered puberty, and as wonderful as kinky sex is it'd be nice to be able to get off without it sometimes! I guess the only advice I can give you is to continue to do what you've been doing, and don't even bother with the subpar vanilla encounters.

As much as I enjoy having that done to me in general, I can't quite imagine being conditioned to get off on vanilla sex (beyond enjoying the pleasure it gives my partner). I'm curious as to how you'd approach that.
