You're jumping to a lot of conclusions, including about who funds what, but that's not the heart of your silly rant.
To address a short fall of trillions, you're going to go after an invented million and some billions. OK. Let's bring that down to scale---if the short fall were a few million, that would be going after $1 and a some $1,000. Let's say you get them all---still leaves you with a short fall in the millions. THAT'S why it's silly.

You want to address the debt? Defense, SS, Med, overall spending, and tax increases. Yes, that's going to hurt the economy. But that's what it would take.
If that's not palatable, then debt reduction is not the most important thing to you.
