The same is happening in Europe. The citizens are cattle that are getting earmarks. The purpose is not to prevent crime or terrorism, but to chain and to controll ordinary citizens. We are all slaves to the powerful who regard us as their animals, as their cattle. Identity papers serve the same purpose. The yellow jew stars and tattoed concentration camp numbers in the Second World War also served the same purpose. Terrorism and crime are allowed and encouraged by governments and secret services to do their things just to motivate the citizens to assent to their being tagged like that. Our strings are pulled and we are fool enough to allow that to happen.
