It sort of reminds me of the life size figures of cows that appeared somewhat randomly around Dublin two years ago. They were done with agreement from the council though so they weren't removed.

That's pretty awesome, I know if I lived there I'd be looking for where he might turn up.
There was a guy dressed up as Waldo at a Halloween party I attended, I thought that was a pretty cool costume idea.
