It does, Hillwilliam.. and this guy will probably get the boot at election time if not sooner. As a general rule, US Americans don't like dead-beat parents.

Oh, there is more evidence than that, perhaps you should read, or learn to. Walsh, whose campaign was marked by allegations of financial mismanagement, said he thought he and his ex-wife were coming to an agreement on the money owed, according to a February court filing. His attorney, R. Steven Polachek, denied that the congressman owed $117,437 in back child support and interest and said the amount was much less.

His campaign manager quit and sued for $20,000 in nonpayment, and two other staffers who quit accused him of not properly disclosing a 2008 home foreclosure and traffic citations to the public, taking their grievances public. Walsh also bounced checks, including one to a Republican fundraiser." He didn't pay his staffers salaries and had to be sued. His house was foreclosed on he writes rubber checks and he is trying to tell us that he will get the country on a sound financial keel? Looks like he's just a deadbeat all around.

Just because you refuse to (or can't) read something doesn't make it untrue. He ADMITTED he owes the money he only disputes the amount. Deadbeat dad in congress who doesn't pay his other bills (foreclosed home he admitted to). GREAT role model there.
