Hi I am Katie, I have joined the site previously but am having issues with my profile, and seems no one can view it? it is not hidden, and have contacted staff many times via support with no help, so if anyone can, it would be very much appreciated

You may need to actually wait more than 5 mins for your profile to appear. Have you clicked hide profile by mistake. Have you included things that are against TOS. Try support at bottom of the page and give them a couple of days to sort. And welcome.

I use to have that problem I just kept deleting a creating my account until it appeared hope that helps.

Welcome to CM and the boards. If you've contacted support, then give them some time to reply. They get a # of requests, are all volunteers and get to things as quickly as possible.
