Collarme - Lol. That site is a joke. I made an account here like 7 years ago when I was looking for girls to hook up with who were into BDSM. It's been 7 years and I've got zero replies outside of 4 replies from gay submissive men. Pathetic. I went into the video chatroom about a year ago when I first got a webcam. I cammed with a fat girl for about 20 minutes, she watched me smoke a cigarette. Said she enjoyed it. I never spoke to her again. She was the only "female" I could get to go on cam.

Nice attitude. Do you take that with you when you're "searching?" I wouldn't be very impressed. Many of us on this side have met in real time, and actually, 10 of us ladies spent a week at the beach in FL the end of last month. Most of us got to know each other here on the boards, but some only know each other from the other side. So, CM does work... Maybe it has more to do with what you put out and what you attract.

CM was a dating site for me. I opened an account there specifically to find a dominant man.

I haven't found that a higher percentage of CM men are looking for quick hookups than on OKCupid. I do appreciate that the married men here are more up front about their marital status.

For real? I really, really have. I have coffee with new people from OKC on a reasonably regular basis, because on OKC there is a significant base of people who will meet for coffee and see where the two of you go. I've never been able to do that here.

I suspect that OKC might be different outside of London though, or in other age brackets.

I joined okcupid recently and for me so far it sucks. I dont like it.

Facebook doesnt have forums and you pretty much only hear from people who are your "Friends".

I like the forums here and how there are different kinds of people.

I havent met anyone I want to meat space with but who knows maybe one day I will. There is some folks I would enjoy meeting after all this long time seeing them on the boards.

For me, i never considerdered this a porn site, or really even a dating site.
It was, and is, mostly about the message boards. I don't post much but read daily. I also visit Fet occasionally, but it seems to be much less user friendly for my interests.
Alt was a meat market/dating site, but i met most of the ones i met in rl in the chat rooms, yahoo and msn. (does that age me??? lol)

What is collarme?

As a newbie who has only been here for 17 days, I have found my expectations to be met and then exceeded. I think of collarme as a cyber neighborhood. Like anywhere, there are the organizer/volunteers, the predators, the ones who wave, the ones who welcome you into their home and the ones who tell you how to keep your own property. Every now and then, the love of our lives is found. Every now and then, some great friends are made. And, there is always trash to be discarded. (deleted)

What is different about collarme, from the usual neighborhood, is that a lot of open-minded, self-accepting, tolerant and truly interesting people end up here. Because this lifestyle requires trust, honesty and acceptance, the possible relationships here are the best to be found anywhere. The gracious and warm welcome from most people here simply casts too much sunshine for the shadowy types to even register longer than it takes to delete them.

For me, this is a place to expand, discover and to just be me, with others who are doing the same.
