I happen to like needle play a great deal. However, actually puncturing internal organs (stomach or, intestines) would be above My realm. Needle play, for Me, is more about the adrenaline rush and the aesthetic look. I tend to puncture close to skin level so that I can avoid risks that I am not qualified to assess or repair. Best of luck to you though. I'm sure the potential internal bleeding with make for some wonderful coloring.

Hi LadyPact, Thanks for the reply....I have this fetish pretty strongly, about being hurt in the stomach. I've actually been punched and hit in the solar plexus a lot of times by guys, girls and trans... Here's hoping whatever random person takes you up on your offer possesses... A CT or other means of guided imagery A half decent knowledge of internal anatomy. An understanding of the highly vascular area you're inviting them to delve into. Knowledge that your bit of extraneous adipose tissue will require a needle of fairly significant length to hit its target. A means to combat potential infection due to bacteria and/or exogenous flora introduced into your internal cavity/organs. The tools to monitor (minimally) blood pressure & heart rate or any other random quirk your body may use to "verbalize" its displeasure with the slightly invasive play. The ability to avoid lacerating (the side wall) of a vein/vessel because nothing is going to 'dodge' the needle since reality doesn't work on the "pass right through the center of" principle. I do a lot of needle play and I am sure you don't need one more person telling you how dangerous this would be but the list of things that could go wrong is longer than sand dunes out in your desert. There are other ways to experience needles in the stomach area. A ring of needles around your navel with the tip being pushed through several layers of skin and and brought back out would give you the pain you seek without the damage. Dude...you do NOT want your internal organs punctured. Seriously...you don't.
