Good morning eveyone, can someone please tell me how to, and or if you're having trouble disabling that annoying "Newest Local Users" feature?

On the home page, scroll down to the menu and click on "Hidden Users". Then don't hide anybody. The list will stay blank.
As far as the red letters, well, there's an acupressure point in the middle of your forehead. If you hold your right thumb there, the rest of your hand will block your view of them.
