I've read about feral children before. It's an interesting subject. I suppose there is a very loose tie-in with BDSM (collar, pet thing, w/e) but uh... the boy literally believed he was an animal... I can't find the words to describe what I want to say...

He never believed he was an animal. He had a condition that caused him to act like an animal. I doubt he had the mental capacity to think he was anything.
