They is the Illuminati, who run the vast liberal media conspiracy.

The riots over somebody getting shot were in (and are still going on in, on and off) Sarf Lahndahn rather than Birmingham, but I think there was a bit of an "us too!" riot in Toxteth, because the scousers like a bit of a riot if there's one going.

(He's probably confusing Peckham with Birmingham, which is a shooting offence in both London and the black country...)

My take is that this started as a hooligans piss up over footballing, and then as you say the scousers wanted to sign up for England as well.....

Do I got that wrong?

Yes and on the news last night, it was said that it was economy spurred.  Sure...started with the shooting but other pressures keep it brewing.  I'm sure Moonpie has the answers.

A better idea than whatever newsreader claimed that a bunch of chavs burnig down half of Peckham because the rozzers had shot one of their peers was caused by the economy, yes.
There's always an economic element to looting, of course, but in this case it kicked off over some halfwit getting shot by a police firearms team.

Yes, but they are now rioting in Birmingham and Leeds too, oddly enough most of the shops that were targeted and looted seem to sell luxury goods, like LV.... (the chavs have notorious bad taste, surprised that it hasn't kicked off in Manchester and Liverpool)
