I enjoy the first time I hear a slave say she feels a release through bondage.I enjoy the knowledge that through bondage many feel that rush, the TPE among other things.

I know what it does to me looking down at my captured hogtied, gaged, and blindfolded property. It was the first things I ever did to girls way back when and it is always something I do to girls even now.

My question is to those who have been in bondage, does everyone experience the same feeling of being bound and free!

Yes, for me it frees me from trying to control my reactions, i have no choice except to simply react. It frees me from the "too good" pull away tendencys i have. No fight, no struggle, just surrender.

Being a slave in a 24/7 TPE relationship frees me to just be myself, at least with my owners. They see all of me, and love and want me the way i am.

I agree. Although I like to struggle, I think that's because I want to KNOW that I can't escape...that I am bound so tightly that I can relax and let go. Being bound gives one such a sense of comfort...of security...like nothing else can.

Bondage brings me to the vulnerability that total trust has to be there. It frees me both in my mind and my body to feel the sensations and nothing else. I am helpless, yet so safe.

Yes, the feeling is shared.

To watch the struggle, the movements and the final RELEASE, is a thing of beauty!!!

I love bondage because it does make me feel free. I also love the struggle, especially if I'm tied with rope.

I enjoy the way property feels inside (afterwords told to me), when chained........with each and every lock closed you feel deeper and deeper into total submission..........COLD chains and locks bring another level that rope. BOTH great but alittle different.

I couldn't believe it the first time - it was such absolute freedom, I was totally me for what seemed like the first time ever. I found out so much about myself, all the layers peeled away and I accessed a different part of my personality.

There's an amazing freedom in giving away all control, you realise how much tight control we have over ourselves the rest of the time.

And when I struggled, and he held me and I felt that strength - it was SO good, I felt perfectly safe. I loved that he was able to master me.

And every part of me felt more alive, somehow more real.

When I'm in bondage it is usually for practical reasons. I am a bit on the masochistic side. To better the odds that I won't inadvertantly move out of the way of something new or a higher level of pain than I was comfortable the last time I will ask for bondage.

Although I love the cold, hard feel and harsh look of metal and would gladly wrap myself in it and bind myself with it. I will let it be used in scene by my Top and have a general love of the St Andrew's Cross (no experience yet). I think this though, has more to do with a fetish thing, as my penchant for the whip is.

But, I am a Dominant, thus, I tend to avoid bondage scenes, for the sake of bondage, unless I am the one applying it.

It might be dependant on how one's D/s orientation is, in conjunction to their S&M, or bottom/top orientation that depends on whether they feel freedom in chains. But I can't speak for the submissives here, or anywhere as I speak from the other side of the D/s fence.

I can only speak as a dominant.

Not everyone I'd done bondage with wants this floating freedom feeling -- some want to do things in bondage to feel the restriction and the limits.

Fox, however, uses bondage as a way to relax.

And yes, we are finally doing the mummification this afternoon. I told him to be ready right after lunch. If he's a good boy I'll add duct tape over his mouth to boot...

I have an odd type of claustrophobia... Don't mind small, enclosed spaces, but I will literally snap if I am restrained in some manner that keeps my hands from moving very far at all... I know there is a clinical name for this, but I know it is a form of claustrophobia...

and let me clue you, discovering you have this problem by waking up in 5.0 restraints is NOT the best method... *chuckling*

I have never really been bound, I guess. I’ve played a bunch, but usually with restraints on ankles & wrists; rope dress or two…but no real ‘bondage’.

Once a Dom wannabe wrapped my wrists to the bed-frame; but I had to hold the ends myself. It was not so much fun keeping my self ‘caught’.

I can’t imagine the ‘freedom in bondage’ ...yet (she says, hopefully)
