Personally, I am one who agrees 100% that wives should indeed be submissive to their husbands (for a whole host of reasons that I could discuss on a non-political board).
What I object to, is the utter B.S. that she slings when trying to explain the comment NOW.
In the quote above, she is CLEARLY saying that her husband is DIRECTING her to do something she does NOT want to do. But now she says (paraphrasing) "submission = respect" and that "we respect each other".
To anyone who clearly understands the issues facing our country, she is not a serious candidate for President. However, I thought it prudent to point out this extra amount of nonsense from her.
