Many men suffer from Prostitites which is an infection of the prostate gland. In order to diagnose the infection the doctor has to milk the prostate to get a sperm sample. I don't know why milking is the only way that a doctor can determine if there is an infection.

The belief that a male must ejaculate of have the prostate emptied for medical reasons seems flawed on many points. Remember, little boys go until puberty without ejaculation, men go without for sometimes decades, by choice (as in priests), and after some loss of erectile function or loss of libido... The medical claims made here or elsewhere are dubious at best. If there is indeed a lower incidence of prostate cancer among Asian men, my bet is it is more associated with genetics and/or a lifetime diet that includes fewer artificial preservatives. There are many differing cultures in Asia, and sex practices are far from universal. I enjoy milking a sub for several reasons, and they have enjoyed it for several reasons. As for the rest, the studies typicaly say that regular ejactulation tends to lead to healthier 'bits' in males. The studies don't show that not ejaculating is bad per se, just that there is some medical benefit to 'keeping the pipes clean' so to speak.

What a cruel yet extremely clever method for the Ladies to stay in control. Also, one thing I've learned in my science classes is that it's a bad idea to withhold activities of certain tissues function over long periods of time, more specifically muscles. By working out the different muscle groups of the body, one could prolong aging and at 60, look as young as 30/40. Of course, the penis doesn't have any muscles within it, that isn't to say muscles aren't around it, and there's the broader picture (function). The bottom line is though, we don't have enough data to draw any concrete lines between priests and daily ejaculators but with more time, we'll have a good understanding.

Again, the reason for milking the prostate by a Doctor to diagnose Prostitites is that they need clear Seminal fluid. It can only be extracted through milking and that is why Doctors milk men.
