This have a bit to do with anatomy my dear, first of all if a woman sit on someone's face then the person that face belong to will be pretty well situated to reach certain areas, it is not so effective when the woman is the giver of the oral sex. In addition, unless there is overweight involved men tend to be bigger and heavier than men, so for a 60 kilos woman to sit on a man's face is something else than a 90 kilos man sitting on a woman's face.

Some Dom's are more into humiliation, some are less, this do not really depend on sex but on personal preferences.

This is a bit more historical, it is still seen as very humiliating for a man to be a cuckold, while it is not the same for a woman who's man sleep with more women, therefore it can be worked into humiliation play that much more effective. It is that same that slut like it or not is more a female term as in society a woman who sleeps around is a slut, and is dirty and it is humiliating while a man that sleeps around is seen as a stud and it is seen as a show of strength. I think that is silly, but that is how society work so people work that into their play.
