How is this even a question? I don't get it. If you've found the right Master, you say "No, thank you" to whoever is seeking you out. I hope this isn't a case of feeling that, just because you are a submissive, you must be submissive to anyone who demands it of you.

if he's badgering you to meet him in spite of the fact that you're with someone else, just ignore him and/or block him. he doesn't have your number does he? does he know where you live?
if it moves into the realm of harassment, then you have legal routes you can take.

but just ignoring the guy ought to be enough.
