That looks like a normal summer weekend in my hood.
There is a guy that broke both legs because he was riding the hood of an old wrecker that was having a tug of war with a tractor. The wrecker's front end starting bucking and he flew off.
For lots of super duper redneck hilarity I strongly advise a trip to Iowa for Brighton Whoopie Days. You will get your eye full of the creepiest carnies, meth freaks, inbred rednecks, and down right stupid people. Especially the day of the mud run.
