Status: offline 		Anyone have good articles on how to train a female as a proper maid. I have a great set of cuffs (ankle ,wrist, and collar) as well as gags but would like to hear from subs or Domminants regarding what they've experimented with. I am looking forward to training her to be the best slave maid she can be.

Your thought process is backwards.  These classes are the basics.  When she's got them down, then you train her to serve you, building on what she already knows.

A helpful hint. If you want a really clean toilet, don't focus so much on the cuffs.

Status: offline 		How exciting it is to see that they have a school to train maids. It does seem to take any guessing out of the process and instills the right qualities right up front. Have you been to or know of anyone who has gone to maid training school, Sylverë ?

No.  See, if you could train her yourself, you wouldn't have asked.  When were your last brush ups on protocol, proper wine service, Sunday brunch, putting together a community charity event, leather care, orchestrating a holiday dinner for over a dozen of your closest relatives, how to properly polish silver, high tea, and a couple of dozen other things that you probably have no clue of how to "train" her on because you don't have the first idea about them, yourself?

Of course, if you're just interested in tv dinners and somebody who knows how to change out the vacuum, you can probably handle that.

Status: offline 		This "maid school" looks ridiculous to me. It's fetishy and expensive. I'd skip it and take some regular local courses on things like cooking, organizing, budgeting, massage, etiquette, or whatever you want her to learn. Cuffs and gags won't be needed.

Are you looking to school this woman in fetish maid training or actual service? All this talk of cuffs and gags leads me to believe the answer is the former, in which case it sounds like you just need to brush up on your own lord of the manor/lowly servant girl fantasy.

If, however, you're looking to increase her skills as an actual domestic/house manager whose job it is to create a well ordered flow to the running of the home and your day to day life, then I would suggest you consider something along the lines of this http://www.housestaff.net/training.asp

Do mistakes and learn from it.

At school you get teached everything once.

To be honest, no.  I know someone who was looking into butler school, though.  Personally, if I were going to send a sub to school, I would probably choose one of the very well-known and highly respected professional butler academies.  However, the link I provided seemed, at first glance, to offer instruction in many of the same skills.

It is that.  It's not something I would choose for someone serving me, but it did seem to offer the requisite skill set combined with the requisite emphasis on fetish he seemed to desire.  *shrug*  YKINMK.

I received my training when I worked as a maid with a housecleaning service in San Francisco -- we had to undergo 8 hours of classroom hours of nothing but cleaning techniques.  Best training/experience ever--so much more useful than calculus! 

If you really want to train her as a maid, send her to cleaning professions....if it's just the outfit and the kink, there are certainly other places that can assist with that--no need to find one maid specific.
