So my girlfreind and I are looking into getting a hotel for a kinky weekend. She is 90 percent of the time, the dominant one and prefers to have me under her control. Im just asking for ideas, or situations we could unfold in the hotel room when we have our weekend? We are into bondage, of course, cbt, gags, forced fem, anal play...and much more. Not intrested in anything involving other guys though. So if you have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest that she become a little more creative.  If she can't manage that due to her own lack of imagination, she can always get some ideas from reading past threads, going to local play parties, or reading some non fiction books on BDSM.  Claudia Varrin might be just the ticket.

I guess some of us just aren't that big on putting more effort into thinking up what to do during your play time than the two of you are.  The author that I suggested to you has multiple titles out in print.  I own two of them.  Both include a number of recounts of scenes that she has done with clients over the years.

The definition of the word "help" does not translate into "do the work for you".

I'd go for surprise. Well, that's what I'd like, as a sub, anyway. Honestly, the earlier idea of going through a dictionary of fetishes etc seems a great idea. Ask your GF to read through such a list and get some ideas.
