1. If I am not mistaken, the State is the solemn expression of the people, therefore:

People -> State -> Law.

You wish us to believe:

State -> Law -> People.

2. English Common Law is accepted as a basis of all US laws and legal theories that do not otherwise have a direct conflict with laws passed by the current government.  Except in Louisiana, where I believe that the basis is the Napoleonic Code.

You have one little snag, well more than one little snag that creates a HUGE can of worms for you.

No one and I do mean no one for any State or state can come up with the ballots and referendum(s) that were presumed to be voted on by the people.

The People were the manor lords, um I mean delegates, the people had no say in it and they do not to this day.

You can certainly assess that simply by reading art 8 of the arts of confederation.  More law that was pretended not to be in effect, when without it the US, nor the US of A would exist today.

On the contrary LOTS to see for those with eyes.

The real pecking order is:

voting for reps only and protesting
people -> legislature -> Law.

Law making
legislature as People -> Government as State -> Law.


I know not believe:

Legislature and Courts as People of the State -> Law -> people.


Law btw is mostly statute and statute is mostly private corporate by-law. LOL

If you think that is different you will need to successfully argue against the following;

One should immediately note 2 different jurisdictions.

I dont see people in there either, nor do I see State, nor do I see remedy for people since territorial courts were abolished in 1836.

Now the sovereignty issue and even worse eminent domain is a total killer for your case but I always listen to good arguments.

Is the state subject to you?  you will say no.


I will ask you if you are subject to the feds, you will say yes.

Is the fed subject to you?  you will say no.

Therefore you are subject.  You are not able to defend your rights except through the state grant of privilege to do so.

Inalienable guaranteed rights do not exist in the year 2011 and have not existed since the civil war.

well you guys just do not get it.

the people elect the People who make the laws.

the constitution states we the People.

People is a specific peculiar People not the general population.

The only thing the people vote for is which mobsters they want to make rules.

Firm hasnt even came back to talk about the how the reconstruction effected the government.  We have had one each time the bonds came due.  Doubtful anyone here knows that either.  

The scary part is that they vote.

But never on an amendment that is the mobsters job.

The united states was not a corporation originally, it was only recognized as united when in assembly:

The fact of the matter is that each man woman and child are in themselves a sovereign man woman and child as a result of the declaration of independence.

People do not get their political sovereign rights from the constitution it is declared in declaration of independence.

I only quoted that as an anchor. My rights stem from the barrell of my gun. The second amendment means nothing, it is who I can kill. They are not afraid of me, I make no pretense here, but you know what, the police will not set foot on my property for some reason. Could it be because of the way I have handled myself over the years ?

They get to know you, they get to know that they can't fuck with you. One simple ticket for not having lids on your trashcans could turn into a $100,000 fucking lawsuit and a guy like me won't even have to hire a lawyer and they fucking know it. They DO NOT fuck with me. Wait until I get to my new house. It's in a different city so I have to go through the whole thing again until they learn.

But I understand that I am only doing this for me right now, I would like to do it for everyone. I can't. With 16 warrants I am lucky to get it off for myself, let alone for others. The money game can run thin. If I really fuck with them they do have ammo. But then who cares ? They didn't have any ammo against Wilhelm E. Schmidt did they ? Bill Hicks died young as well. The difference with me is I know how to stay the fuck out the system. Unfortunately I have to drive cars in other people's names and do other things like that, but I do it, and I get by.

I used to be Mr. Nice. But it changed one day, wanna guess which day ? I could take it up to a certain point, but that one day. (TARP) It's fucking OVER. Next I go psycho if I have to, I can work and make $50 an hour, get a check, free food and medical, I am going to take them for all I can get. And I am not going to lose a minute's sleep over it. What's more I will use this money to promote anti-government ideas among the people.
