I hear/read the word and think of some icky church shit. What the person in question means......only they, and those they tell, know.

It seems logical to think that there is a general list of BDSM vocabulary words floating about that people who practice it use as shorthand for different acts or what have you...but there isn't. The only person who really knows what 'devotions' means is the person you were in contact with. You'll have to ask them. My guess is like the others in that it'll probably be either time spent showing her attention in some way, or money.

Well seeing as the putative object of these devotions has posted that it isn't money, then I'd say this question has been settled, though it really would have been much simpler to just ask her and save her the embarrassment of having to come post on here.

Though a part of me sort of half wonders if  the whole thread isn't sort of a set up to allow her to make the statement...but I am paranoid, so maybe take that with a grain of salt.
