But keep in mind all the previous BS posts are still on the forum and I'll happily shove them down your throat.

Ohhhh I'm skeered.

Don't know if you're aware or not but I've asked you to prove where I said I would be breaking a physics law and pssssst....You haven't..people can see that as well.

Anyone with a rational mind would see you were full of shit which is why I'm fully aware you can't now.

1.The device must either run without input power after being started, rely solely on output power in a positive feedback hookup or 2.measureably produce more energy than is input.

Here's one of the things you've stated. It does this. Initially, you would add a magnet into an array of other magents (1. Technically it does that except the input power remains magnet repulsion. no law of physics broken... 2 Depends on what you mean by more energy in that out.. strictly speaking no but I explained that magnetic repulsion WAS the energy used so this whole "You said you're breaking a law of physics" shit is a lie and you're evidently too much of an imbecilic asshole to understand what was right in front of you the whole time.

Any device that satisfies those conditions would violate the Second Law of Thermodyanmics and is flat out impossible.

Magnet motors can run a long time if you don't put a load on it. But that is just the fact that friction is the only loss in the system. The motor always stops without input energy. BTW the energy isn't from the magnet(s) but from however you start the thing going. Magnetic repulsion is not energy and cannot do work by itself. In reality to have two magnets repel each other they must first be brought together which requires adding energy to the system.

you can easily enough build a magnet motor, round piece of cardboard with magnets(with the same pole facing up) glued to it. Attach it to a spindle in the center and set up an arm with a fixed magnet with the opposite pole facing towards the disk. To get it started you have to start the disk turning. If you build it carefully it will run a long time. However if you try and take energy out of the system, use the spinning spindle to do some work of some sort, it will stop very quickly.

Here is a video showing you can't do it.

You're not telling me anything I don't know.. if you'll notice I said strictly no

Which I stated I was going to do but once started it would propel itself.. i believe I used Magnetic attraction as a possible source as well because you went on to say they would cancel each other out... which in most cases they would per your example but I'm not doing that and no way you could know what I had planned but you're willing to dismiss it without any of the facts or you were and probably are willing to do so again.

There are many things that only decades ago were still looked at as nonsense. People like you have never invented anything or probably had an original idea in your life.

When I said earlier that it wasn't practical, I simply meant that I could not use it to power my cabin, nor do I think or did I think that you could get much power from it. (I know this is going to lead you back to physics but you're no Leonard Susskind, sorry and again I'm not breaking any laws with my designs)

DomKen -> RE: Speaking of cyberstalking, google wants to know where you are (8/31/2011 1:12:36 PM)

No you claimed you were going to break one of the basic laws of physics. You had no idea what the 2ndLoT was until I explained it to you. You still don't understand it or you wouldn't still be defending this nonsense.

If you could get any net energy out of such a device then you would be able to use positive feedback to amplify the energy until you had as much as you needed. So if such worked you could power the whole world off it not just some cabin in the woods.

So if a form of energy, any amount whatsoever can be extracted from any source then the natural conclusion would be that it could then be scaled up to power the whole world.

Got it.

Do you have any idea what the word net means?

Icarys -> RE: Speaking of cyberstalking, google wants to know where you are (8/31/2011 1:29:27 PM)

No you didn't.

One of the many uses of the word energy.
3 : a fundamental entity of nature that is transferred between parts of a system in the production of physical change within the system and usually regarded as the capacity for doing work 4 : usable power (as heat or electricity); also : the resources for producing such power

Yes and you're caught up in your own.

mnottertail -> RE: Speaking of cyberstalking, google wants to know where you are (8/31/2011 1:34:50 PM)

energy and matter are an equivalence, it leads to some interesting or very uninteresting shit, like the fact that you can't get kitchen tabletop fission, or that ketchup will never fuel a spaceship, or why you wont make an energy producing machine without putting more energy into it in some form than you take from it in some form.

E=(m) *(c * c)

and that is celerity, and nothing abaft or athwart the point.

If any system produces more energy than is put into it, therefore there is a net gain of energy, it violates the 2ndLoT (that's what entropy means after all).

It is not my fault you never learned basic physics.

If any system produces more energy than is put into it,

I didn't say it did. You continuously misrepresent my meanings. In fact I've said the contrary. This is why I stated it wouldn't be practical and wouldn't run my cabin. You then went on to infer that it got more out than was put in.. At no time have I said it would but you keep reading that I do. I keep telling you that it doesn't break any laws in that way but for some reason you keep going on as if I've said it does.. despite my many statements to the opposite.

It's a simple toy that uses a magnetic field as propulsion which once acted upon by placing a magnet into another magnetic filed will propel said magnet at a certain speed, wrapped in a small coil you could then extract very small amount of power from it that would equal all variables included.

It's not breaking a single law and is only using a natural existing force to it's advantage, much like people have used gravity to their advantage. You can't get anymore basic than those forces.

Edit: Maybe it's your lack of imagination that keeps you from seeing how to make something work.. I don't know and [sm=dunno.gif]

Even your 'toy' claim is wrong. Input energy can never ever equal output energy there is always waste in every system. Nice to see you've finally abandoned your previous claim though any progress is welcome at this point.

Nope you're just too fucking stooooopid to put the pieces together. I haven't abandoned anything.

amount of power from it that would equal all variables included.

That includes loses you moronic bitch.

Iamsemisweet -> RE: Speaking of cyberstalking, google wants to know where you are (8/31/2011 3:35:45 PM)

God, are you guys STILL at it?  You both have perseverance, I will give you that.

Ad hominen? It's usually easier to just abandon a topic than go down that road. Both admit you have lost and running away never makes a mod angry.

as to abandoning claims either you are or are not claiming you can build a device that fulfils the conditions I laid out that you quoted above. If you still claim you can do that then you're still claiming you can break the 2ndLoT. If you are no longer claiming that then you have abandoned the claim you previously made.

mnottertail -> RE: Speaking of cyberstalking, google wants to know where you are (8/31/2011 3:39:23 PM)

hey, thats like saying you are going to build the first generation refrigerator, even at 35% useable power output to power input, all variables are equal to power in power out.

lets say heat at 20% and inertia at 5% and friction at 10% and entropy at 5% and waste in motion and time and compressor wear and evaporation at 10% we are at 85% and I have missed some variables.

Energy in will equal energy out, its not just a good idea it is the law, but what is needed is energy in = useful energy out, and it aint gonna everneverevernenverever happen.

I've never claimed it in the first place dumbass.  We're only on this topic because you think you're again right about some stupid shit that you're wrong about again.

That's two in a row on the same fucking thread.

Well his equates to banging his head against a brick wall. How many times have I claimed it isn't breaking any laws? FFS lol.

This is no more than a game where he thinks I ran off last time so he's trying to do it this time.. In his head that's a win.. You'll notice he eluded to it.. I should just leave he says.

He's mad cause he's humiliated by the stupid shortsighted shit he said earlier on passive RFID's so he's trying to dig up what he thinks is a "win" and I would bet he thinks nobody will take the time to read the thread.
