My (now ex) manager is a professional procrastinator. Since April he has been promising to get my status changed to Temporary Full-time which would mean paid holidays and sick days. To date it still hasn't been done, now he's taken another job which means it will probably never be done.

Now that's a procrastinator-extraordinaire. And certainly not in a good way. There's waiting to do stuff, then there's putting stuff off that affects other people. I hope you get your status changed by someone with half a brain Zeph. You deserve it.
