I really dont get why the Female naked (form) is acceptable, but not the naked male form is not.....
I wonder Why,

Explicit pictures of female genitalia are also not allowed as primary photos.
A male tush, legs spread shows the dangly bits and is considered explicit.

It's not! Except that more men are willing to put up with a woman's rudeness and lack of self control, if it means they get to see her naked. It's still against the rules and rude, though.

I did not see any kind of (that cat response) to a naked FEMALE pictures.
