It is a marketplace where if you produce a good or service, the general public votes on your success or failure with the money they spend. And really I think either side of the aisle are two heads of the same snake. I could not agree more

I wonder what egregious sins God is punishing Texas for? Could it be that (assuming that there is a God/dess/It of course), said God/dess/It is pissed off at people stealing God/dess/It's good name and using it for their own crass political purposes, blatant self-promotion or venal fund raising?

The way it was worded it indicated that you did not care for whom was allowed to immigrate to the u.s. when in fact you do not seem to care whom is allowed to immigrate but rather you wish to discuss illegal immigration. thank you for clearing that up. What would you have the government do with illegal alliens? I am sure you are aware that there are two classes of illegal aliens and so also that there are two sets of laws dealing with the two types. What changes would you make to those laws and why? We can't feed the needs of the rest of the world when we can hardly feed ourselves. Were you aware the the u.s. is about 5% of the worlds population yet we consume more than 90% of the worlds product so it would seem that with that ratio your statement is less than accurate. It is not setting policy but enforcing it that is the issue. You are aware that robbing a bank is a federal crime,just like illegal immigration is a federal crime, but local cops will arrest you for committing that crime...same same with illegal aliens. Are you saying that if local law enforcement arrest someone for being an illegal alien that the feds wont prosecute?
