Fellow, you're in your fifties and overseas. The Service will only accept US citizens up to age 35.

There ARE extreme exercise classes that bill themselves as "boot camps", but that's it.

I highly doubt that there are any bootcamps anywhere specifically for slaves. Anything that says otherwise is usually a scam to take your money. Just like the so called slave supply services.
As some other posters have pointed out, there are any number of general bootcamp type situations for losing weight etc.
