It is a Domme profile, she writes first acting friendly and warning you that you are being "reported as a man". If that doesn't get you naked on cam, then a few random just created male profiles will write you saying they "were told" you were a man. Then the guy from Florida who claims to own some BDSM clubs will write you with the "Hundreds of people are reporting you", then more of the brand new accounts. It goes on for about a month then they give up. If you change your profile so you go back to the "New user" list they will start all over again. [:D]
Hanners had them when she first joined, I had them, my friend Skarie had them, Suze and Cherie had them, and several other women I've talked to have had them as well.
It's pretty much a right of passage around here if you are young and at all good looking.
