I don't think he has BDD, he's just into the mods. There's quite a history of penis alteration, penis splitting being one of the biggies. That one I don't consider attractive either, though the split peen is "fully functional" if done correctly.

Yes, it's the split (raw) banger look that's unappealing. But aside from urinary complexity, it all works. Amazing, the things that a body can do.
