I am just a touchy feely person in general- I do respect it if others are not though and restrain myself around those who find it unwanted. Except when drunk. But than again, my friends/paintball buddies have a system. Once they get me drunk they put me in a chair and start sitting in front of me. Then my inability to stay still and need to touch kick in and the massages begin!

Cuddling is emotionally linked for me - even more in some ways than sex is. It's just so intimate to me and I can't cuddle with just anyone. In fact, a friend of mine knows I've been pretty down in the dumps lately and offered up some friendly cuddling - no strings attached. I politely turned him down. I love to cuddle, I just can't emotionally detach.

it is much more satisfying to me to cuddle than to fuck. cuddling, to me, involves MUCH more empathy. of course, I realize that the fucking thing is probably more a function of the bad choices I have made in sexual/romantic partners than anything else. (which is not to say that the partners may not have been twatwads in their own right)

Spooning after sex would constituents cuddling. For me that's reserved for people I have had sex with at some point. Now just plain hugging is different. Women can hug me all they want. Even if I don't want them too. It's in the rules.
